- Advised an international financial institution on redrafting of contracts related to foreign employees who were to join the institution. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the employees were required to work from their countries of origin and the client required advice on the employment law implications in Kenya.
- Represented a multinational company before the Supreme Court in a matter relating to the award of a tender for the printing and supply new design of the Kenyan currency.
- Conducted industry specific webinars on the impact of Covid-19 on employment relationships in various fields including but not limited to hospitality, agribusiness and a various non governmental organisations.
